As the committee, we're not quite sure as to the extent to which concrete data is routinely collected, analysed and published at SFL; as such data can and should inform policy and act as concrete indicators of success or otherwise, we recommend that SFL should form a small data collection unit, responsible for gathering information about the institution on a routine semesterly basis. An accreditation policy also demands that one key indicator should be student satisfaction statistics.
We will draft a document that comprehensively lists what the tasks of such a unit might be, for consideration by SFL admin.
